The staff is super-friendly.

There aren’t many hotels whose staff members are so warm and welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. From the check-in to the day we checked out, all of our needs were catered for. I have a one-year-old kid, so we booked a room with the kitchenette. It had all the amenities from microwave, stove, refrigerator, EVERYTHING! Every corner in the room was squeaky-clean. We loved it. We really loved everything about the property. For me, it is the best hotel in the whole of Pacifica.
